The biggest flaw is parents have access to your phone numbers. Which keeps ringing at odd night hours. Coordinator selection is done on the basis of Ms office skills only, for which in training sessions too they teach the same with horrible trainer attitude. Principal is only concerned about retaining staff even if staff members are not up to the mark. New joinees are not even introduced well to the staff, hence staff and admin are completely unaware of new recruitment. K12 culture is only for teacher coordinator principal. Study wise too much pressure on kids. Every now and then events are scheduled. It's just a show off culture. Please be mindful and select quality education and not the showbiz culture....Read More

Every thing.. Poor management, time is never enough.. waiting back even after 9&1/2 hours so no family time. Most Saturdays are working. Malad Principal’s from Indoor so her views are not like that of Mumbai system of education..
