Pay is good, basic employee facilities are good. Management is good but not the actual rulers.

In my 20yrs of work experience i never seen such a company had such a worst work culture, job security, work life balance etc. Management may be good but the next level who is making the decisions, brings businesses are spoiling the organisation. The company is ruled by one and no one can ask anything against him even if it's required, ethical to the organisation. The management also knows everything but not able to do anything against due to fear. You will have lot of responsibility, and answerable to all without any authority. Even one small to big decision related to your function which you can not take even it's good to organisation. You regret if you join in this organisation but you will learn the experience that you never get in any organisation.
