Ho people without a mistake of employee blames and didn't give time also they play a game with us and take resignation letter. They hire over staff first than try to remove someone from them without judgment of previous years of efforts and experience also at the same location of work experience. They harashing polite employee by such kind of things and didn't listen to them . They didn't even give a chance to improve they just think how to remove over staff from the company after recruitment of over employee . If such things they have to do then they should not hire new employee. It totally disturb someone's life ....Read More

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I worked at lakme sigra.. i must say that entire lakme team is very talented and polite.. good growth salaries are perfect according to your performance i liked most the enviornment staffs and mostly my boss and lakme senior authority they are very much professional and familier as well.
