No work life balance, there will multiple what's app groups and they coordinate on EOD sales till 11pm or sometimes 12pm as well, continuous what's app will be popping and Management is very sick, People give unnecessary pressure. Any simple work they make it very complicated and they will promote the person who stays in company fora long time even though they don't have any skills. Eg :- Current BE(Auditor) As the woman worked for 6 to 7 years even though she's highly unprofessional they promoted her and that was a fun fact of Lakme. If you what to join Lakme No need to have talent only if you impress ABM by complimenting her that's gonna help you. ZBM not worth to be in a position. During COVID Lockdown they were pressuring employees to do webshop (conver customer to buy Lakme product in lakmesalon.in) As the 2nd wave was very critical we lost few customer and few employees as well during that time we supposed to call customers and ask them to buy shampoo, lipstics, foundations, face creams to customer who are already traumatized by the situation outside as customer weren't buy as staffs couldn't handle the pressure they spent they're own money and bought unnecessary products (this was advised by ABM) I'll never go back to any salon industry. Unnecessary pressure and highly unprofessional management. From 2020 till date COVID deducted salary. Some ASM get even 14k in hand for new joiners it's maximum 18k as manager.
