Job security is pretty decent. Leave policy is good, although it depends on senior management whether you can avail those leaves or not.

Dislikes

No scope of growth. Compensation, remuneration & benefits are extremely poor for managers. It's like managers are only "supposed to work without expectations" as per senior management.

The job is quite interesting! Struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job . I got a chance to wear multiple hats and the helped me get a taste of different roles within the same time

There was nothing like that which should be liked by any Employee. No System, No responsibility, no security, no future. There was no one who can manage Salon environment properly.

Dislikes

No Time Management. There was a deduction of late arrival. But there is no extra income or benifits for over time. Unexpected Salary credit time. No Care for Employees or their emotions.

Staff is good and coprative. Nothing else.

To be very frank, nothing is good to work there. Senior manager is too cheap and irritating. He doesn't have manner to talk with girls and treat with girls. Nobody can work with him safely. He used to harrases me mentaly. I didn't wanna leave from there ,but just because of him i had to left that job. One more thing that i really didn't like, they stop girls till late like 9 or 10 pm and its really not safe for girls to go their home lonely. Even they doesn't provide any convence facility for girls if they got late. Management is too poor and dissatisfying. Thanks....Read More

There is nothing good about working with Lakme because they don't provide any kind of basic SOP training for front desk and expectations are so high by company own outlet or franchise outlet.

Dislikes

Franchise outlet are the worst experience to work with Lakme. Complete misguiding, double mind state, salary, no ease for work life.
