I just like the ambience and girls over there

Dislikes

Very bad teaching, poor hygiene, toilets are so messed up, teachers are not bothered about the childrens now a days. Miss shyamala mam and lal sir are just focused on buisness and not bothered about the childrens mental wellbeing. Very bad school, The buisness trick of lake ford is just the high fees so the parents usually think that the school will provide best🤡.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
