Dislikes

There is lot of misunderstandings and once you try to opt for better option, the problems will start. No matter how sincerely you have worked, it doesn't matter in the end. There will be too much issues in relieving you. Company doesn't have any benefit like insurance, PF, Gratuity etc.. it's not in the company's policy.

There was no formal training. You have to be either know it already or learn yourself.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
