The benefit package is decent, but it could be more competitive in terms of benefit like eg. healthcare, retirement plans etc.

Salaries are not on time for some reason known to our CEO he will rarely sign payroll check on time. Please dont fall for the incentives trap they will take every drop of your blood but they wont pay you incentives on time. Mine didn't get for one year which is the major reason i bid adieu to Labdhi.

It was an awesome working experience with the company. It was very challenging in the starting but it help me a lot and increased my confidence. If you are just wanting to fill the gap of 6 months then join this organisation they'll remove you any movement They are already facing problems in sales and revenue generation

Senior and old employee have the monopoly Too much of corporate politics no one want to work by wanting the result from the team Many of the leaders who are uneducated and low long term vision less sales knowledge

There is nothing good in a useless company like Labdhi

Labdhi lifestyle is a very very useless company. There is no management, No job security,There is no future growth, they just hire and fire employees within 2/3 months.No work is done systematically. It's been 2 months since I left the job and company hasn't done the FNF. They are using abusing words on floor in employees .VERY VERY VERY USELESS COMPANY LABDHI LIFESTYLE.
