Only good thing is in lockdown we get salary rest is terrible experience

No Training, No Career growth, No increment for 2-3 years, No Process, worst company to work with, employee don't get relieving after resignation, overall terrible experience

I have been working for Labdhi lifestyle for last 2 Years, Labdhi is a fantastic company to work for, Good Environment and the company culture is good in term of approaching to the management, Company Policy id Good, Salary on time, Overall a great company to work with.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
