There is nothing about labcare which i dont like .... its a great company and nice working with Mohan Sir and Gurumurthy Sir ..... and last but not least Vivek sir

Excellent work environment and culture, teammates are supportive and management is transparent,and my overall experience is also excellent

There is decent Carrer growth but salary increment is slow

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
