Its worse. Not at all worth to be honest. Better not working is what i would suggest. You get 100 of reasons to not work at this place as per the job security. Work culture is good.

I loved the way the management trusted employees when it came to creativity and experiments. I have given complete liberty to execute my ideas, learn from my mistakes, and be a part of everything creative. You can really wear multiple hats at the same time.
