First of all I love the brand as a woman. I like the way the company treat the staffs, they always want to see us growing. They tried to pull up the staff to the best. They always gave the salary and incentive on time. The incentive scheme was amazing which I have never seen in any other company.

Dislikes

To be honest the pressure was little high. 😄

Work Details

I have learned so many good things that include the system knowledge which is my first time to learned system work. Had lot of fun with my colleagues and even my Boss was very friendly to the staffs. Had a good experience in everything.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
