Having studied in Milan, La perla hss always been my top favourite Italian luxury brand. Therefore, the opportunity of working with La Perla India seemed quite enticing. La Perla being a pilot project in India could not live upto the brands heritage and value. Unfortunately, the owners of Indian store were not congnisant of know hows of fashion retail which led to a lot of chaos. There was no assigned team. Everything was hay wire. I believe it is the worst brand in Indiabfor the freshers. I was promised growth and stability but 2 weeks into my job I had reached my threshold. There was no fulfilment and security....Read More

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
