Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I wish that we could get the EPF and gratuity facilities but unfortunately that are missing atleast for the sales division (as far as i know being worked there as a Business Development Officer). Nevertheless it's a wonderful company. :)

Work Details

I have e worked there as a B.D.O for more than 4 years. The sales pressure was nit so much. Moreover our sales Manager Mr. ARUN YADAV is like our guardian who always used to guide us to achieve our monthly targets. So working here was of great fun.
