Work pressure is high ,sometimes i need to work for extra hours but there is no recognition and work satisfaction. I do receive appreciation mails from my clients , but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

Not enough pay given to the growing price of everything necessary to survive, Not enough work life balance as one has to approach the place of work at 7 AM and leave at 6 Pm and that is like 11 hours a day.
