From Linda Brady Hawke to the whole office set uo, nothing is likable here. They lay the trap and catch hold of talented people leaving them in a tizzy.

Very poor work life. Linda Brady Hawke is an awful lady. One of the most arrogant persons to come across. She is a blot on humanity.

Now, please keep in mind that I worked in this company in 2007. The office was well designed. The employees and seniors were helpful. It was fun time. We enjoyed the work. I learned lot of things there. It was the only company where I enjoyed going to office. I took only 1 leave during my 10 month stay. I am a bit surprised to read the reviews . I think, the work culture changed drastically after 2007. Even during the early Autumn of 2007, we could see signs of degeneration, as people were getting sacked for reasons other than performance. Please note that I was sacked due to performance issues. However, I dont hold any grudge against the organisation. Its economy. Would I work there if they didnt pay my salary on-time?So, they sacked me when I couldnt perform. Its give and take. Based on the reviews it seems that the deterioration in conditions which were visible in later half of 2007, continued with tremendous negative effect. There is a great handicap for sales people. This company does an unique work. I mean, no other company does this type of work. So, if you leave this job/ get sacked, you have to look for a different type of job in different field. The experience in this job will NOT count. You will be considered as a fresher once you leave this organisation. As said earlier, people were getting sacked for reasons other than performance, but that started from August 07. Besides these there was no reason to dislike. Office closed at 6 PM, salary was timely and 2nd Saturday was off. Office started at 9 30 AM. I came to office after 10AM. Nobody scolded me.
