-For the fresher if you are a beginner in Java You can learn so much here after completing the 3 years contract term -Salary would be good if your performance is good -They are looking for the people who are enthusiastic in learning , dedicated to work,work individually.

Dislikes

-Maintaining limited number of people and running the project's & there is so much of work pressure & single person has to handle multiple modules. -No software development life cycle -They treat employees like scape goats & there is no respect for the employees working here. -No work life balance & need to stay at nights -Leave policy is worst <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> -No job security</mark> -3 years contract.if you break the contract they won't provide you relieving and experience letters. -No training directly thrown to the project's...Read More
