1- poor working culture. 2- The HR department does not care about any employee. 3- I'm working in Uttar Pradesh and our state head does not know anything about b2b sales but he knows everything about buttering and politics. 4- when they are hiring people from prestigious companies they doing false promises. 5- they are hiring an employee on a contractual basis and told them soon they convert them to onrole employees. 6- in Uttar Pradesh castism is its peak which is practiced by the state head. 7- An employee without talent gets promoted because he belongs to the same cast of state head and the deserving employees are either fired or remain the same 8-Their are so many things which are not good in this company but that's all for now...Read More
