Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

There is no employee welfare. Only tokenism. HR does only payroll and taking care of lay offs. Most of the decisions are taken by the technical heads and informed to HR for implementation. I was continuously harassed for having initials instead of surname by someone from the defence design leadership. As I reported to him, I have to explain time and again why surnames are not used by most people in TN however he was particularly targeting me to know my caste. Had a very traumatic experience every time I went to his cabin. It was highly insensitive and discriminatory. I was scared to report due to the closed nature or HR and the hierarchy as most of the leadership was ex-Navy and the company never took any action against them. The HR needs an overhaul and implement anti discriminatory police's against caste, gender, language based discrimination if they intend to improve diversity....Read More
