Good place for work, howerver very limited trainings provided to enhance the skill of a new emoloyee. Benifits and perks are limited, however it also depends on the pay grade you are in. If you have a good team lead then your experience in this company shall be very good. If not then it would be hell. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
