Nothing as such. This business unit of L&T should be the last option to join. If you're very very obsessed about so called good for nothing brand name on your CV then go ahead. It's entirely your risk.

Dislikes

Being an insider of the organization, I have seen some really unethical practices being exercised from top to bottom. Nobody over here is trustworthy and you have to deal with bitching, back biting and totally unprofessional behavior from your peers, Juniors and seniors. Especially if you are competent at your work, they will try toscrew you up by hook or by crook because of their sense of insecurities. Moreover, the HR department is good for nothing. In fact some of them indulge in such kind of behavior rather than strictly handling it. Management is totally unprofessional. They will be bothered about every personal details of you apart from your work. I can't make any derogatory comments over here and hence refraining from stating a lot of other things. In a nutshell, this organization does not deserve top talents. So, my advice to the management is, please don't recruit from tier 1 colleges if you can't ensure justice to them....Read More
