Yes I m interested in L&T working

The company is undoubtedly one of the best in business. After working for nearly 6 years I found there is a lot of scope for learning and skill development while working here. As a site based job transfer is unavoidable here as a result we need to travel around the country once in a 2 years on an average. Job security is also good here.

Dislikes

The only point of concern while working here I found that a lot of improvement can be made in the Work Life Balance of site employees. As a site engineer we need to work at least 12 hours a day and sometime we can not take a leave for months.
