Old school management, micro-management of your work, lots of corporate politics, "Yes Sir" attitude is required for growth, only employees who knows to play politics or who has strong relations within company can grow here, actual hardworking employees are not appreciated, someone will take your credit. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. If you work here it means the have bought you for 24*7.

Role assign after Joining Is not good due to during The interview They Discuss about different job role and after joining they Give Different job role and Level of Crader is not getting match as per my job Experience I had 5 years of industrial automation experience and they give me S1 Crader which is lowest.
