In a span of 12 years, I have gained experience and knowledge in as many as 6 different roles and responsibilities. I would say that there are considerable avenues for growth in a diverse spectrum of roles and responsibilities ranging from Design, Marketing, QA/QC, Supply chain and procurement, Project Management, etc.

Dislikes

Flexible working hours and work from home facilities would provide more freedom to employees to truly maximize their productivity and efficiency.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
