There is a sense of security associated with working in a big organisation along with the opportunities and learnings that come with high value projects.

The work culture here is highly regressive. While POSH trainings are made mandatory, the values are not implied in day to day dealings within the company. Work-life balance is unheard of and appraisals are a far cry from what is expected from a company of this size and reputation.
