Job security is excellent , Salary is on time for every 28th , Work Culture is average , management is supportive but they don't have a time to identify good performer , Company policies and facilities are excellent in India. No growth in Supporting department like Quality. Hike rate is poor and In Site life , we can think only about work not life .So No work-life balance at all. 12- 14 hours work.
