Management is giving opportunity to work independently & proactively, encourages to apply engineering innovations. I was nominated as engineering project manager for Keonjhar III project. On successful completion of engineering of that project, I have been awarded with new project as Project manager (Dharwad DWSS). At the same time i have been working as Civil & Structural lead engineer for several other projects.
