Some of them stop L&T facilities to provide employees. Only known family members recruitment by some HR. No link between HR & project management. if HR decided to terminate, they will not consider your previous performance & management reference to employee.

On an average 12 hours job, you're lucky to come out of your site after working for 12 hours! Sundays are not yours. There won't be any time for you, forget about your family or friends. Growth and recognition, don't expect them. No salary increments!
