Since I have joined L&T Buildings & Factories IC, I came to know it is well managed organization in an operations manner & heavily working on new things to adopt for organizational improvements. So getting new things to learn about and for self improvement.

Dislikes

The work time is more than 12 hours a day & sometimes Sundays also on project sites. So, it is affecting on personal health, not able to balance work life & personal life. Not getting much time to spend with family.

As a Cluster Quality Co-Ordinator i have to look for project site co-ordination in QA/QC aspects.

The opportunity to learn from mistakes and execute the learnings on active projects. Exposure to various levels of business communications and interactions opportunities with clients.

Dislikes

The compensations and benefits, and work-life balance at all levels are two areas which needs active participation from all tiers. WFH option has given more flexibility to manage Work Life Balance.

Professional organization and un institution for employees for learning the job. Principle & Policy is very good. Immediate & prompt response to employee by Management on any requirement. A good environment to work and secured job.
