One of the issue i faced in the current role high work pressure and need to work straight 14 hours daily and having little work life imbalance issues.

I have started my journey in L&T as a Trainee and now working as a Planning manger in one of the prestigious high rise project (4 tower 63 Flrs) with stringent timeline and working conditions.

I believe the salary part needs to be restructured and aligned to the current market profile. Yearly payments like retention pay should be compensated monthly. this will give a right motivation to us employees and surely will give an edge over other opportunities available in the market.
