I dislike the most is administration. There is no rule and regulations for your goven grade. Opertor salary is higher than the engineer salary. Thks is the most unsatisfied thing which will make you demotivate to work around. And in my point the administration should be based on Japanese administration so that everyone should be equally get its own benefits respectively.
