Job security,work life balance and overall experience is very good 👍🏻. I like the company culture which is good enough so that you can live upto 3 yrs easily.

Dislikes

I dislike the most is administration. There is no rule and regulations for your goven grade. Opertor salary is higher than the engineer salary. Thks is the most unsatisfied thing which will make you demotivate to work around. And in my point the administration should be based on Japanese administration so that everyone should be equally get its own benefits respectively. Terrible place. working condition like bonded labour.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture and Management. even a single human error is treated like crime. HR department is worst. even going outside of company for 10 minutes will deduct your salary. Officers are highly indulged in politics. No perq. you cannot even come outside of the building to take a walk inside campus. HR will issue warning letter for this. Lots of eyewash done in this company. Frisking is done for the boys and girls by male security guards.
