Everything, There is nothing to learn. There is no difference between the tellecaller and you position. Targets are given which will be not achievable. Only your grooming and high standards means a alot. Many a times real talent get ignored by superiors. Lied about the salary structure. No proper benefits are given until you asked them for the deatils of your pf and esic.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
