Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give a good salary. Concentrate on on individual development always.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Full day classes right from 9 am to 5 pm. No free hours, have to complete syllabus in 30 hrs instead of 45 hrs. Other admin responsiblites after 5 pm. Worst principal I have ever seen, will treat staff like school kids.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
