I worked there for approximately 1.6 years. When we are working in chemical plants safety should be main concern but in Kutch chemical you won't find anything related to safety . They don't even think about environment every where you find soil pollution . Let's talk about learning You will learn many things there like technical. But you won't get increment on yearly basis it's like luck if you are having good luck then as shift incharge you may get increment of 1700 Rs per month rise. In some plants it's compulsory to work for 12 hrs in Kutch chemical so it's quite become hectic ....Read More
