Lot of workload and many tasks that are irrelelevant are given. Only 1 period free per day and the expectation is to correct 100 notebooks with comments. Company culture is overall fine but of politics is coming into picture lately.

The students are trained on skill based learning. The school has devised some amazing strategies to promote skill based and personalized learning. The teachers are trained in a professional way to get acquainted with the tools which have been specifically adopted to achieve the schools mission. Each concept is taught with a lot of research and exploration. The students get exposed to presentation skills. They know how to research and document their work. Further, supporting it by presentations. Continuous feedback by the base group and subject coach helps the student to soar high. Dislikes

The whole day particularly is very hectic. There are a couple of duties which are assigned based on a roster which is created. Initially I felt comfortable in doing them but then I felt it is not something which I really wanted to do. I felt it like a burden and just had to do it to comply as code of conduct and discipline. But still it was also a learning experience for me.
