The appraisal system is pathetic, as the Chaiwala and the clerk will also give your feedback to the owner. This company is good to join for only those people who have worked in road side organisation, people from good organisation---beware as you will very easily get frustated. Atleast 32 people sit in a office of size 20ft by 15ft. which shows what kind of organisation it is.
