Good work environment and culture. Team mates are not supporting and the management is not transparent. There is a huge cafeteria anf gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, but management polices not well.

Dislikes

There is a lot of pOlitics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career groth is slow.

Work Details

HR he job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning ad there was no formal training session. I learnt everythinon the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
