Previously it was a good company with good work life balance. Now they are forcing us to do anything, working late at night , because pocket fm is getting more revenue then juku

Work Culture everyone's open to discussion of new ideas. Atleast in Tech and Product Team there is no politics involved which is a pretty welcome change. Lots of discussions on things unrelated to office. A pretty fun environment to work. Employee engagement is taken very seriously and no request is off the table.
