1. As the company provides 3PL services, employees has to work under the management of clients. 2. No support from management regarding leaves 3. Working hours are more than 9.5 hours, if you are going before the working hours, then your job is in danger 4. If you want to apply for a leave, then you've to take permission from Kuehne Nagel management and client's management both. 5. No food facility is provided for employees 6. Warehouses are located outside the cities (remote villages). If your cab missed, then you've to get ready to pay a minimum of 200 rupees to reach office. 7. Have to work on Sundays sometimes based on client's demand. 8. No proper reporting structure. 9. Hard to spend time with family and friends (poor work and life balance) 10.
