It was worst. Once we worked till 6 in the morning but still we were called back to office at 11 am

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are nice and tjey give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Not all Saturday and Sunday off. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quit intersting. I struggled a bit in the beginning because i am fresher as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to learnt multiple jobs and that helped me get a different roles within a same team

There is a lot of politics and the address our issues. This peoplee are 30℅ deducted from salary due covide for allow work from home
