Transparency between Management and staff is highly appreciated Unlike most organizations, here mistakes are explained for learning and improvement only on 1 on 1 basis. Constant opportunities to learn and grow a provided in our routine work as well. Management is open to feedback and discussion with any team member to improve the work environment for the team.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
