The company is open for developing new projects.ilike the methods and standards which is following also the attitude of the workers mind and the working culture.... Everything is good...

Dislikes

I don't like the changes of policies .....By the HR.... No correct implementation of the management policies...

I really happy to work with ktk transport as incoming quality engineer....

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
