KSRM college is the best with job security, culture, salary will be in time and management members give respect to all the faculty and policies are as per norms. Management gave me a chance to work in different positions from past 18 years and they trained both in academics and administration.

As I am looking for career growth and interested to work in Higher Positions like principal

Work Details

Presently working as Professor and Head of the department. My role will be challenging and target based works will be assigned every month. Some flexibility will be given by the management when i feel stress with the allotted works.
