There is nothing to like in this place to work.

It is not a correct place to work. Any professional or even fresher person shouldn't take any kind of work with this company. As mentioned by one ex employee, this is a fraud company. The owners aren't Ethical at all. They only want money without spending any penny. If they don't get the money, they can to any extend to abuse you, especially Mr Pravin Tayal. Overall this organisation is a public limited company but they are paying salary by cash. Salary date is not fixed. About the environment that is so bad. Joking part is that organisations director he wants only female and VP she wants only male candidates.
