My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Chancellor is too good, he knew about employees life, he given maximum support in last and present pandemic situation. I am thankful and faithful to Sri N V Hegde sir. Now management stream lining the policies. Very good work environment and good place to work.

Dislikes

They have to consider and recognise the employees experience which they are having in their own institute. There should be an employee welfare wing to address the issues.
