Very bad management system, if you join there as a fresher you will be department head after one month 😆😆😆😆. You think the company policy. You have to carry your won instrument for work.

It is an average Co. Career growth is not appreciated .Commitment by the Directors are not fulfilled .Hence ,Staff rotation is very high.

Salary should be paid in time. Commitment needs to be fulfilled at Directors level. Internal problems at Top Management should be sorted out in the family itself. The same should not be come on to 2nd.layer of Management i.e .Sales / Marketing. Marketing people should get the support of the Top Management when the planning/ execution is accepted.
