The reporting managers only take incentive and bonus the ground leval staff are not take any penny from last 4 years, So much of chatu available on every stage even tho they are not also got increment

This company is very mean and liar company and its senior employees are very mean, liar, and unfair. I was told by the seniors of the company that along with your work, you should also give packages to people, in return the company will provide you with an incentive, but my 9-month incentive was not given to me. Everything is bad and the whole company is filled with family members and they will never let you do anything. Always will question your work & never appreciate it. Will also demotivate you.
