Company is too negative. They terminate employees too frequently. Within 6 months after their work gets completed they terminate.

Work Culture, It is 7 days working culture. Force employees to work on public holidays and sundays. Directors and Owners are selfish. Highly negative. They show themselves highly cultured but they are not. Imbalance of work alloted. Old people are torturing new. Back biting. High Politics. Company does not even allow to take leaves.Even if you have EL, they deduct salary and at the end of the year, they lapse the leaves. HR department is fraud.
