Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria for tea and lunch. Lunch provide by company is very good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow, management is not giving good appraisal to right and hard working candidates

If you have the ability to make soaping to your boss you are safe no need for slill development no need for hard working.

No job security. At any time they can through to the garbage without any notice and reason whatsoever.

I worked hard at my level best at the begining without making any noise as there was no formal traing session. But i was totally failiure for soaping to my boss. I was my stand on my principle which didnt succeded my career.
